Great service, I had a bad experience at another store, but the store manager here took the time to explain the sale to me even though he didn't make the sale they broke down what they did and did their best to make me feel more at ease.nThey also thought what the other store did was wrong and will help me out on my next purchase which I'm grateful for as I was out of pocket by his rival store.nSo make sure you get from here they value customers and returned my faith in humanity.

I just recently bought this new laptop and a laptop bag with a mouse.... And I feel it's good.... Still.... Because I just bought this I will use them for the next few days After that I can tell that how things are going to work and how it's working.

I wanted to purchase a new pair of JBL wireless earbuds so I can listen to music and videos on my android phone while out and about and take advantage of the Black Friday sale. Google Maps directed me to the big Curry's store at the Kingsway retail park in Derby. Once in the store, I located the isle where the headsets are and looked at the large selection on display, and once I found what I required, I got the attention of one of the personnel who was very helpful.nI discussed what I required and made my purchase. The store is really good, the staff were so helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase because they were half price and once set up to my android, sound really good; all in all an enjoyable experience.

I am highly disappointed with Currys customer service. The sales advisors in the store seem least interested in attending to customers. On my fourth visit to this store, I again noticed the staff simply moving around and chatting among themselves rather than assisting customers.nI specifically went to purchase a Fitbit watch, but I had to wait an unnecessarily long time since no one seemed willing to help. When I approached a sales advisor, he said he would send someone else to assist me, but no one ever came. Finally, one advisor arrived, but to my dismay, he was extremely rude. He tried to force me to buy one of their insurances/care packages, which I didn’t want. When I declined, he made inappropriate remarks, suggesting that if £300 was not too expensive for me to purchase this watch , and even lectured me about how the cost of the insurance is equivalent to a meal deal.nWhen I chose not to respond to his remarks, he rudely asked me if I even listend to him or not but the experience only worsened. He eventually took us to the till to pay for the watch, but after a few minutes, he claimed the server wasn’t working and we couldn’t complete the purchase. He then left without so much as an apology.nThis was an appalling experience. I will never visit this Currys store again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Their service is completely unacceptable.

DisappointingnWanted info on smart watch and dash cam. Limited displays of both but no real info. Had asked staff for help but was simply pointed to display.nQueue at pay station one member of staff serving after coming in from a fag break as I arrived
