It's okay. They have a range of products to cover any emergency need of technology. But they lack the breadth and depth of products. If you buy something, you're probably buying something that is available there rather than knowing that's the best product for you. It's probably worth checking online, doing your own research before buying what is in store. The staff are kind and professional. I'm giving 3 stars because it was a bit empty for me but might suffice for the average consumer.
Currys is a dobry store with a wide range of products. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are competitive. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. Overall, I would give Currys 4 stars.
The shop itself was fine. Was greeted by a member of staff and had a slightly odd experience where I wanted to know specific information about a product and to find out when it would be back in stock. The conversation didn't really go as I expected and was sat down and given lots of information about other products that I didn't want and didn't ultimately actually answer to the two keys questions I was searching for
Many thanks to staff member James who went above and beyond when we were returning faulty x-box 4Jan23. He patiently tried it all out using store leads, then checked again using leads provided with the x-box and quickly diagnosed the problem was not with the x-box unit but with one of the cables. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable....this guy is an asset to your company and quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem. New cable £9.99 and off we went- the warranty does not cover for faulty leads unfortunately. . Thank you James. 5/5
I really enjoyed wandering around the store looking at products. I needed a fridge freezer. It was very refreshing! All the staff were lovely- friendly and professional. The assistant helped with my choice. Sadly it didn’t fit so I had to return to the store but once again they were really helpful and sorted out a suitable replacement for me without any hesitation even though it was my error
Great shop, very knowledgeable staff, but shop online. Began to think we were invisible as we waited 20 minutes before an assistant came to us. To add insult to injury the item I wanted was out of stock.
Tried to buy something from the store - requested a call back, never received the call back, but I did get my personal information leaked by the store or customer service agent and now receive multiple daly phishing emails. Deal with this store at your own risk. This is not the first time curry’s has had an issue leaking customers personal information.
Literally ZERO service. All the staff were standing around with their heads in their phones. I ordered a tumble dryer, delivery, and installation from their site whilst in the store. I looked directly at several staff as I walked out and they didn’t notice me. It’s the future of customer service, even when buying a £600 appliance: do it yourself because we can’t be bothered to do our jobs!
Went in to collect an item I bought online and even after following the instructions on the email, I had to wait in the same queue as returns, repairs,etc. And just 2 attendants to handle a long queue. Could've been better managed
Plenty of available products to look at but none of the products in store that I wanted to purchase contact another curry's at Kinnaird park who do have the products in store so gad to drive over there to get washing machine plus cooker
