You should be ashamed as a multimillion-pound company. I was ready to spend over £1,000 on a TV, the only option offered was to pay an extra £35 for delivery because I couldn’t collect it myself. Forcing loyal customers into unnecessary charges isn’t good service—it feels like a scam.

Horrible and appalling service. I received a message to go collect my Samsung Galaxy Watch. Got to the store and they said there is no such order in store under my name. The guy at the counter said he put on the stores group chat my issue and posted there the order number saying manager will sort it next day. 2 days later my order shows as collected and I haven’t even been there. Trying to contact the customer service for a while now and nobody is even helping me
