Currys PC World featuring Carphone Warehouse

Bought a printer and use Pay and collect service at Junction 9, WA2. After receiving email advise me the item is ready to be collected, I make a trip to the shop. It is not until I arrive at the shop that I am told the system is down. Pay and collect service cannot be processed. I ask the staff how long does it take to fix it. The answer is don’t know. I asks him should I call before I come back again. The staff told me that there is no general telephone no for customer to call in. So disappointed and frustrated. Such a poor service. I will not shop Curry’s again.

I purchased a Samsung tablet on 4th Oct this year. 34 days after it stopped working. Was sent for repair. Yesterday it developed same fault. I was told that Currys policy is to send it out for repair again! I am not happy with this as it as broken with the same fault twice in under 3 months! Currys refusing to give refund or replacement! Don't go to Currys!!!!

Went in for a toaster and kettle very helpful staff trying to see where they were in stock. Decided to choose another set, very pleased . Thanks to Lily very helpful and one of the supervisors/ managers also helped .

Large Currys store located on Alban Retail Park just off Winwick road. Everything I have ever bought from here has been fine and the customer service has been great when called upon. I guess the same as any large store people's experiences will differ greatly, but so far no issues for myself.

Bought a coffee machine for my Grandsons Christmas present the young assistant who served us advised that the machine would grind the beans but when we got it home it didnt perform this function. It was exchanged with no problems.

Terrible customer service here from the manager. Very unwelcoming and spoke with a lot of disrespect. Failed to say hello, just immediately said bluntly, "we arent doing it". He was arguing with a customer last night, and told me to come back today, which I did. Waste of time. Buying online instead, it's cheaper and they wouldn't price match like their website says. Avoid

Wanted to return an item less than a week later than I bought it and I had a receipt,, website states if you changed your mind you have 14 days to return but the manager young male black hair insisted I couldn't and argued with me for 20 minutes. I walked out and went to the St helens branch and it couldn't have been easier to return item lovely lady ,, clearly the staff in warrington have a bad attitude awful customer service wouldn't recommend

Great service today from Hal who helped me get a new washing machine and microwave. Excellent customer care and went to check stock and got me the item I wanted.

2 weeks ago I be bought a product online, delivered to Warrington currys. After the order was confirmed the delivery date was set up in two weeks, so I cancelled the order and ordered the same product delivered to my home. I was expecting a refund on the first order when I received an email “your order is ready for collection”. CS said they couldn’t do anything, I had to go to the store. They gave me their ph number though, but it appears the store never answer the phone. At the store I’ve been told, the order has been returned, so I should expect the refund within 4 days. 7 days passed, still no refund. CS still can’t do anything, I need to go to the store to chase the refund.

Curry's have lots of goods in their display areas but when you try to buy these goods they are either out of stock or stock not being replaced. If the out of stock was taken off these areas the shelves would be empty. So wouldn't look good for Curry's. It's false advertising. Also no attempt was tried to sell me something else similar. The place wasn't even busy.
