This afternoon I have been in store looking to buy a laptop and printer . We were served by the wonderful James , who was so helpful with every bit of advice he gave us . Wanted to say a massive thank you to James
Not very good customer service , went to the store wanting to buy a camera and tv , trying to get someone to talk to was difficult , it seemed they actively avoided us. We managed to flag someone down but they couldn’t have been less interested. Just told us to order online , didn’t show us the products or even ask what we wanted. They couldn’t have made an easier sale , we literally went ready to buy , we just wanted to see if there was anything better and see if they had any recommendations
Absolute joke this place staff don’t have a clue what there doing wrong prices on items that I wanted and they wouldn’t price match which I thought was a currys promise if finding things cheaper else were think I’ll go to another currys with decent staff who know what they are doing
Absolutley do not rate this company. customer service is terrible and do not stick to delivery times.. waited in all day yesterday Monday for a TV to arrive from 9am - 12pm slot, only to receive a message after 12pm to advise the TV will not becoming on the agreed day and would now be delayed till Friday a further 4 days!. Called customer service who was very short in her responses and full of attitude to find out that there’s been no delivery on the agreed day as a driver called in sick! Yes that’s the reason they gave.. professionalism 0. After asking to make an official complaint and speak to a manager I was told to wait 24 hours for a call back.. of course there has been no call back. Shocking service and will not be using again.
Just walked out.. Went to buy dji pocket 3 creatures pack.. Staff all stood around in groups talking to each other. One member of staff clearly could see im waiting for him for advice. Then just walks off.
