Came in today Sunday, early doors to buy a Macbook Air for uni, and was very happy with the service I received. 
I was served by Craig, who advised me on the specs of the unit, how it would benefit me, as well as the accessories that I was looking for.
He also took the time to mention how the features of the Macbook Pro compared with the air, which is useful for the future!
He gave me advice on anti-viral software, and also took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Was also advised if there was anything else I needed, just to pop back in.

Studying for a PhD at uni, I understand the need of good, reliable tech., as well as the benefit of having people who know what they're talking about!

Thanks again to Craig for his help and patience, will be back again!
