Great shop - go here frequently to check out appliances in person, before buying. We did get an air fryer from here a month or so ago, via pre-order. The price was better than everywhere else, including black Friday sales. Great customer service and ample parking.
I visited curry’s in search of a battery operated radio, and a laptop for my college coursework. We were greeted by Maddie, a lovely young lady, who guided us to the best purchase possible. We managed to buy the Radio online, through the online store on her IPAD and have it delivered, and unfortunately had to return home for ID to go on the monthly pay plan for the laptop. We had no idea it would all be so easy, or even that the plan for the laptop existed, without the tremendous help of Maddie, we’d of been lost! We can’t thank her enough, so very friendly. Overall 5/5, great experience.
Called into store 1140 Sunday morning stood for several minutes looking for the section I needed and perhaps a little guidance or advice on items I had interest in . Two groups of staff stood around Talking to each other obviously to busy to be interested in the needs of an elderly shopper. Eventually I went to desk for help and info The two staff on counter were dealing with a sale . After two or three minutes with not even a nod of acknowledgment l left the store . Yet another victory for the internet. but at least l will get it tomorrow and cheaper so all good . Maybe curry’s find customers redundant or just an inconvenience .
Great service by the staff, good product knowledge explained in customer language understandable. Bargains to be had amongst the vast product spectrum. Value for money. Curry's really do what they say, buy your unwanted electrical item.
Not the best shopping experience. Had to put my card into their PDQ machine several times because it wasn't linking up with the till. I was somewhat worried that I might end up with eight transactions being taken out of my account. Luckily there wasn't.
Ordered online and it was ready within half hour. Parking near store isn't good for disabled customers. Staff were courteous and very helpful.
Nice helpful staff and not pushy. Great technical chap to sort computer's out, ready to work as soon as you switch it on. Would not go anywhere else.
Probably the best customer service/collection service I've ever had! I thought I would be there a while sorting my complicated collection out voucher didn't work online but I was sorted promptly and efficiently!
used to go to burnley currys for years. went to buy a laptop. the staff members could not care less. guy named Stephen tried to sell me a opened laptop at full price. when i said i need a new one he insisted it was brand new. very rude guy . manager should consider hiring people who at least know what customer service is. finally a very helpful guy named imtiaz at the repair shop sorted it for me. others including stephen were proper rude. never seen any thing this bad in currys before . Manager should wake up to it.
Went in store, was greeted by 2 workers, zaakir took my sale, went away a very satisfied customer, great team
