Staff are either amazing or absolutely useless - there is nothing in between and it seems to be luck of the draw as to which you get. 

Often if you ask about something they literally just read you the details on the box.. they have no clue otherwise and can't offer basic advice or information. I can read the box guys, seriously, if I just wanted to buy something and hope for the best I'd buy it online rather than asking so called tech people for advice.

The last time I was in the woman at the till didn't even speak to me other than "cash or card" - literally all she said from the time I walked up to the time I left. Doesn't encourage me to go back, I get more human interaction and customer service buying off Amazon.

Prices are pretty average. If you need something today it's not a bad place to buy from, but if you need advice or don't need the item instantly, I'd recommend buying online through someone else otherwise you're just encouraging them to continue on as they are.

Apart from the fact that they didn't have a tape rule (Measure as they called it - I mean, do I look like a dressmaker?) and they were willing to lose a sale rather than find me one (I even offered them a pound to get one from across the rd!) It wasn't a bad experience. Thanks very much to the guy who helped me load my purchase in the boot!

Went to buy a TV found the one I wanted only to be told it was not in stock. Not to be deterred I found another one to purchase only to be told that wasn't in stock either. Dear curry's the whole purpose of you business is to sell products. Won't coming back any time soon. Richer sounds or Superfi for me :(
