Wanted to trade in old laptop for new tech - stood at the till with three members of staff chatting and no other customers, waited about 3 or 4 minutes before asking if anyone was serving and then a sales assistant served me and told me he didn't notice I was standing in front of the till. Trade in customer service was good but general customer service wasn't great - flet like staff weren't bothered. Traded in laptop and tried to purchase item but purchase order didn't go through despite taking my money - no receipt or documentation provided. Had to wait for refund before I could purchase item again. Don't go in store unless you need to trade in, otherwise buy online as customer service is appalling.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. They patiently helped me with my laptop without charging! I also bought a hairstylesr which was a bargain
Shocking service. After 2.5 weeks since sending computer for repair I called customer services to be told I had to go into the store to get an update on the the repair. The store does not have a phone number. I live 1 hour drive from the store. I was told.by the store staff that I would receive a call back that day. Nobody called. I have no way of chasing this up other than a 2 hours round trip back to the store. Awful. No thought whatsoever for customers. Avoid at all costs.
This branch of Curry seems to have the friendliest and helpful staff. They attend and answer your queries with a lot of patience. I had a great experience while buying my new phone.
Easy to find. was helped by a man called Jamie who got me everything I needed. Would definitely recommend
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by their tech staff member who verbally abused me, called me a liar and charged at me pushing me out of the way and shouting 'get out of my face' simply because I asked in frustration, after 7 weeks of them having our broken nespresso machine, where our refund was or any information about what was happening. No contact whatsoever about fixing it, refunding, vouchers nothing...we had to visit 4 times and still nothing. They have consistently lied and offered no solution. Will never buy from them again. I'd give them 0 stars but it's not an option.
Terrible customer service . Got delivery/pick up canceled twice with non reason or even letting me know. Can't bring my tv back to the store because it was bought online so i need to send it back . Not recommend at all. Stay away from this company .
Buying an electric oven from Curry's was an interesting, satisfying experience, both Simon and Benjamin were knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Queries were answered swiftly and efficiently.
Terrible......just been innwith the premise of spending up to 5k on two phones and a laptop and tablet only for........nothing in stock and if you want the "it" phone you have to order it!!! Ether that or you can have it in a colour you dont want ....was told to try Argos instead....Certainly will never use currys again as it was an absolute farce and assistant not really bothered he let that much money walk out of the door?
Paid for new washing machine to be delivered to flat and installed and old one taken away. A SERVICE WE PAID for and delivery drivers refused point blank to do this. Also, don't bother will calling customer service as they just tell you to go into store to sort. Massively disappointed. Why offer this service!!!
