I went in here to buy a new tv I looked and looked for someone to help me no one there so I waited and waited and even when I saw somebody that worked there I was ignored. Maybe you need to do a song and dance act to get someone to help you buy something. I gave up and bought a new tv from ASDA who were great by the way.

Its oky going there how ever when you don't need the staff every 30 seconds asking "can i help you". When you do need them they ignore you. There is quite a few times this has happend. The apple care guy though is top notch and needs to be commended on the way he talks to you and helps you out, its doesn't feel as though he is trying to force sell you some thing and doesn't fill you full of nonsense. I found the other Normal PC staff to just be full of rubbish and do not know what they are talking about! They give completely the wrong information about products. E.g warranty's are not void if you upgrade the PC your self and i wouldn't have any staff there touch my PC ever. I know people who work for Asus, Gigabyte and many other top brands so trying to lie to me doesn't work at all and this was mentioned to the respective companies. If only the PC staff were trained to the standard of the Apple staff you would probably sell more.

just went to view a cooker at darlington retail park , asked if they did it in white as the only one on show was black , abruptly told by unhelpful person no, so try ao online or boots online as they also sell the same make.. will do , you just lost a £500 sale keep it up . hope you go bust soon!
