Much worse compared to other Currys, there were lots of staff but absolutely 0 coordination or communication. This meant the customer service was terrible and we were stood around waiting for upwards of 20 minutes for a member of staff to help us which never ended up happening. Furthermore, there was such a poor availability and range of products making it difficult to find the product you are looking for. Finally the prices in comparison to online retailers such as Amazon is too high.

Thanks to the lovely Kelly and her superb help, Shopping is once again an enjoyable experience. My Mum needed new tvs, Kelly arranged everything she needed and explained all that was needed to know re payment and delivery. Perfect customer service. I highly recommend asking for Kelly's assistance should you shop here and need sound advice and a quality service.

Ordered and paid for a new apple watch in-store on 14th Dec to be collected next day. On collection I was informed the item was no longer available.  No immediate refund could be made, instead the money would be paid into my bank within five working days. Terrible  service. I will not be recommending  this company to anyone. Absolute joke.

Nothing worse than sales people who don't listen. Rather than waste my time with unnecessary sales bs, just let me pay for my goods and leave. If I want extended warranties I'll be sure to use someone like Money Supermarket to get the best cover for far less.

Gave this branch my PC to be sent of to a repair shop as I have the care and repair insurance plan Took 30 minutes as no one at repair desk. A week and a half goes by and I hear nothing from them, I ring constantly and don't pick up, I even email and still hear nothing back. So I travel to the store too see if my pc has been fixed. I then see my pc in the exact same spot it was left in when I brought it in to get fixed. The woman then tells me it has not been repaired. I then ask for a replacement as in my insurance plan it says, if it takes longer than a week you can ask for a replacement PC while they repair your one, She says no...  Then she and her manager told me they will contact someone to see if they get the PC written off. I said this is fine but I asked that if my pc wasn't getting repaired, then could I have it back whilst awaiting the decision to get it written off as I work from home and desperately need my pc, this was followed by no again...  I have felt that this branch has treated me very poorly and not complied with what my insurance plan states, very disappointed.  Still awaiting to hear back from them and still doesn't pick up when I ring..

They performed a poor install of our dishwasher, resulting in serious damage, after months of correspondence they are continuing to put obstacles in the way of helping us. Avoid them, and certainly don’t allow them to install anything!

I visited the store last week and spent around one hour choosing a new laptop and a printer. I returned later in the day so that they could look at my current laptop and give me a trade in price. For some reason I was told that it would take an hour. I duly returned and was given the price on a scrappy piece of paper but was assured that this would do. I returned to the store 6 days later. Staff were unable to tell me if either item would be cheaper in the Bank Holiday sale. I was then informed that they would need to assess my current laptop again this took quite a long time and I was then told that today they would give me nothing in part exchange. I immediately left the store. I will instead buy items from my local shop or online. I was intending to purchase a new tablet in Curry’s next week and shan’t bother now. Other reviewers are right. It does take too long to be served and too many assistants are unable to answer queries about products.

Went in for an phone upgrade. I was served by Benjamin, who was very professional, helpful and polite. Walked out very happy because of Benjamins excellent service. Thanks for getting me a great deal.

Had a good choice, but were out of stock of the best ones,and the best deal items.

went in there been told to wait waited half hour before been seen p also noticed no staff on pay and collect and customers been ignored   most staff no where to been seen most on a brake no customer awarness or not bothered most customers walked out after waiting so long to be seen...not pleasent how they manage to stay open is amazing to see ...
