I went in to purchase a fridge but needed to clarify a question first. Waited to speak to a member of staff for 10 minutes. Left without being served as 3 different customers had the attention of 6 members of staff. Even the lady on the till turned her back to me as we approached. Chalk and cheese customer service compared to the friendly and helpful staff at St Andrews Quay. I couldn't have been more ignored at Clough Road, and won't be returning.
Currys is an excellent shop. I called in as I was thinking of upgrading my phone. The young member of staff I spoke to was brilliant. My old Samsung was quite old and had a big crack down the middle of the screen. The deal I was offered on a new far more sophisticated phone with a much faster more powerful processor and a far superior camera, with 50% more data than my current phone contract for 30% a month less than I am paying now was a no brainer. I have always had excellent service here and the staff are awesome.
Just spent half an hour of my time trying to get a staff member’s attention, they seemed to be a little busy chatting with each other. Never mind, I’ll just go home, get the laptop out and order off Amazon, its cheaper with a better choice.nGets an extra star because I did a little bit of price comparison while in store so my visit wasn’t a complete loss.
I went on looking to spend over £1000 on a separate fridge and freezer. Was waiting for a sales assistant for over 15 minutes, when I approached one she just said she was busy.nAt this point I mentioned what it was I intended to buy, also at what price, then someone came and said a member will be with me soon.nAfter another wait I left and bought from another store, they lost a customer.nVery disappointed is customer service
Why dont you get staff to serve? At the clough road shop Hull, The staff on the shop floor are far and few between. It takes ages to get served and for goods to be picked i nearly walked off again after 20 mins waiting puts me off going tbh as this is every time ive been at least 5 times over 2 yrs. Look at the reviews and make changes ffs we want serving !!
