Currys had everything we needed, but unfortunately all the staff were busy.nEventually, we found someone free to help us, so we purchased what we needed and left.nI definitely feel the shop would benefit with more staff, people walk out as the is nobody free to help them.
Appalling customer service! Stood waiting for nearly an hour to have someone help me with a laptop I wanted to buy. Every time I went to find someone they said someone would come over but they never did. Requested to talk to a manager who told me they are extremely busy today but there was hardly anyone in here. After finally being seen after nearly an hour of faffing around some came over but he couldn’t answer any of my questions because apparently he didn’t know. How do you work with a product when you don’t know? So I had to wait longer for an educated person to help me and 5 starts to him because he answered all my questions and helped me choose the right laptop.nWent to pay , wasn’t even asked if I wanted a bag so I had to ask for a bag and I was told they don’t sell bags anymore which is absolutely ridiculous, I just spent over a grand on a laptop which I had to practically advertise to thieves that I was walking home with a laptop.nnWon’t be shopping here again that’s for sure
Disinterested staff, poor management and 0% effort when it comes to customer service. The colleagues are brand damaging. Staff are burdened with the task of assisting customers. I understand waiting for a colleague to be free. However, after waiting half an hour, no-one approaching me, and having to interrupt two colleagues having a casual conversation at the till, I don't expect to be sighed and glared at. Word of mouth will ensure I stop people from receiving the same dismal experience as I.nnIf I could rate negative stars I would.
Van parked blocking cars in, parked on drop kurb, refusing to move it even though they were asked politely to move, refused and told I couldn't drive and that I could get out! The service is the worst in the company. Brought from them before and never again!
Terrible customer service. Stood in store for 20 minutes waiting for someone. All I wanted to do is buy a tablet that I had already researched.
