Great range of products and knowledgeable staff. Currently doing interest-free deferred payments over 6 months. Using the Creation app you can pay monthly - just clear before the cutoff date. Compared the products I bought online and the Currys prices were either cheaper or the same. They have a price match guarantee, so if you do find it cheaper they'll discount. Most stuff is in stock or with short delivery times.
I had a bit of trouble picking up my laptop, but the store manager, Mark, was incredibly helpful. He even stayed after closing to assist us. His support went above and beyond, and we left as very happy customers. Brilliant staff!
Laptop's of DELL not available in Curry's. Limited models of HP, Toshiba & Acer Laptop are in display. When asked for a higher model available in Curry's but not on display? the shop assistant, advised me to see it, buy it.nLarge collection of Smart Watches.nLimited mobile phone brand & models on display.nNo MP3 or MP4 player is available.nGood place for buying kitchen & Home appliances, Not recommended for buying Mobile or Laptop due to limited & half-hearted displays.
Paid 160 pounds for installation and this is how we were left. To be fair the men installing were polite but they said themselves they were not trained on fitting the door. As ours is an old kitchen they needed to make the hole for the pipe bigger. Broke the shelf under the sink again the man was leaning on it and not sure if he had made a gap for a pipe bigger before.nThey did say if we couldn't get the door fitted to call them and they would get someone out to do it! My hubby was worried as there seemed to be water coming from the pipe and is going to have to check it himself. A very disappointing experience for 160 pounds I thought it would be all ready to start working.nWould have given no stars if I could.
Went to Currys yesterday 19/5/25 to get a replacement washing machine as ours gave up the ghost at the weekend. Dealt with Stevie who quickly processed my purchase. Very happy with the excellent customer service I received and delighted that I will have my new machine on Saturday.
