Went in to look at household appliances and storage/cabinets and was approached and spoken to like a degenerate. Then, when I asked about an appliance, it seemed they had no clue or interest about the appliance i was inquiring about. Went to Hughes and was approached with respect and courtesy, and they actually went step by step with me and didn't rush me. I won't be ever going back to currys again until they sort their staffs arrogant and ignorant behaviour
Awesome service by Nigel, last year i ordered my TV and straight away Nigel was there on hand when i called him over to help, I was originally greeted with a happy smile and was politely asked if wanted any help which I declined at first, when i was ready Nigel had all the right info I needed that i asked for so with my faith in Nigel I ordered and have not been disappointed with my purchase which was all down to the sales advisor. So with that knowledge of how good Nigel is I decided to pop back in for another big purchase and was greeted by the delightful, friendly and warm welcoming Nigel again, straight away he remembered me and my previous purchase so it was a no brainer I'm ordering again with this guy, true credit to this man, I work in retail myself and its a real pleasure to be served in the manner that Nigel has. Thank you Nigel and thank Curry's for employing this gent.
Had to take back an item that I had taken a no quibble warranty on. To be fair it was exactly that , the item which I had had for a year was replaced within 5 minutes.
My mum was in need of a new washing machine urgently, so we both took a trip down to our local Curry’s store. Once we picked the machine she wanted, the lovely Sam was extremely helpful and polite assisting us. He even patiently helped guide her through the steps of using her Blue light app. We were able to purchase the machine there and then efficiently and Sam transported the new washing machine out to our vehicle. Thank you for being such great help today! We would definitely recommend Curry’s to our friends and family.
Total joke. I went online to order something for click and collect that said available same day. I received the confirmation email, waited a while for the “it’s ready” email but instead got an email saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation as to why was included in the email. Absolute joke of a company and I can see why most of them shut down.
