Came in Will was greeting&pleasant then i was passed to Ablullah who clearly was proffessional had a vast knoeledge of the products&was helpful in the extreme. He went through the difference in product prices and he was not at all pushy. He helped me buy one product Remarkable which he carefully arranged delivery for. he also advised me on another product currently out of stock. Customer service wise he literally ticked every single box. He was next to none. BRILLIANT young man EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Hope Currys Colchester Stanway appreciate his worth. You do not get served like that in London! So impressed with him hence my 5* review. I THANK YOU.
We will not be using currys again. I gave the shop its self 2 stars as the guy who helped us was lovely, but currys as a company aren't even worth 1 star! 2 guys who work in the shop both told us that currys has terrible customer service over the phone which we found out for ourself. thenother told us to use AO instead! We had an oven delivered an hour later than time slot booked. when I called customer services I got shouted at and they tried to charge me again for a time slot I had already paid for. The wrong engineers who stunk of booze turned up to install the oven and refused to, but instead of telling us why he just kept telling me it wouldnt fit but he never even tried to fit it! I got absolutely nowhere with customer services so I had to go into the store to get a refund! Completely and utterly useless . I will never use them again.
I had a seamless service experience while ordering a new tumble dryer. The sales rep Alex was kind and courteous, he took his time to explain the relevant information. There was sufficient free car parking space as well. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Been sat in waiting for a delivery, using their own tracker it disappeared. Customer services have said we cancelled the delivery, we haven’t even had a phone call or a knock at the door. How lazy are these lying delivery drivers. Euronic here come.
Amazing experience. I was in and out in 20 mins I saw Matthew helping a customers take their purchase to their car .nI needed a printer and had no idea where to start he helped me find the right product for me I got a deal on printing paper and 3 months free ink.nHighly recommend checking if Matt is in store if you need a bit of assistance on technical equipment or help deciding what to buy!
