Very good service, Emma was especially helpful in making sure our transaction went smoothly.nShe also had a good product knowledge which helped her approach when upselling useful extras that would benefit me as a customer. Will definitely be returning!
Took a monitor back for an in warranty repair. I was told that the screen was cracked and could not be repaired under warranty. I returned to the store and showed the repair Tech the photos of the screen when I dropped it of with no cracks or damage and pointed out that the booking in docket also did not list any damage. I left it with the local store and was advised head office would contact me. So far its been over a week and no contact. This is nit customer service.

I ordered a shark hoover , using the click and collect option on my phone, I thought this would be a speedy transaction to collect.nUnfortunately after spending 40 minutes of my life in the store, with excuses such as was it order and collect?? Or click and collect?? Meaning even though the store showed me available stock , it wouldn't be ready if it was order and collect??????nThen after all that apparently it cancelled it self after eating my money, and having to wait for 72hours for a refund????nBut if I want I can pay again so double money until I receive the refund????nI didn't even have a simple apology from the manager, just that it must have been my fault?nI would strongly advise not to use this particular store, it's certainly not customer focused with a don't care next customer attitude.
Brought JBL Headphones. Was extremely helpful when buying extra guarantee.. Didn't wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Very friendly and helpful.
