Had some great help from Luke in choosing and buying a new laptop. I was very indecisive and Luke helped me figure out the best solution without any pressure which was super helpful.nUnfortunately when I went to pick up the laptop I was left standing at the counter with employees looking at me but seemingly no one interested in getting me sorted.
Went into the store with two children. Asked for help and it took saying hi thrice whilst projecting my voice, the guys just responded with I am busy right now. The other stuff just looked aside while it was evident I needed support. The lady who finally spoke to me read me information from the website and was not eager to demonstrate the product on display. I just left the shop without making a purchase because the customer service was shocking.
Absolutely dreadful service. Requirements New vacuum, new cooker, new fridge freezer.nNo price on vacuum so asked the assistant whose response was ' a rough guess' rather than checking. Waiting for someone to help with cooker , lots of staff stood chatting had to go look for some one. Oh no hoover guy! Rude, unhelpful and kept calling me mate.
Worst Customer Service Ever at the checkout. I was on my own lugging a new microwave so put it down on the lower counter to wait and the young lad on the checkout called me down and I said oh it’s this one here and pointed to the large box. He looked at me and muttered bring it down here, no please just muttered bring it down here. A couple of sales assistants just walked past and ignored what was going on, but the lady behind me in the queue actually asked me if I needed a hand to take it down to the higher counter. I’m totally blind and partially paralysed on my left side, so to be honest I expected the customer service to be a little better than this and I’m sad to say I will never spend another penny in Curry’s!
Excellent customer service. Instead of persuading me to buy a new printer the salesman told me how to fix mine or suggested I bring it for them to look at.nVery impressed
