Went in specifically to close a new fridge / freezer after my brother in law had been looking on line for me.Chose one and it was delivered this morning. The old one being taken away for me. Very happy with the service.

Has a large selection of goods, it's good to be able to properly see and be able to touch items like fridges, cookers and washing machines before you buy.

Went in today to the East Kilbride shop to purchase a Google nest audio and look at Samsung products.nnWent to the checkout desk ,said I wanted to by nest audio & was told someone would be called to help me.nnAfter 5/6 minutes a very frustrating looking female arrived and as I spoke to her she said she had to serve the 5 customers who came after me.nNot actually the experience I was looking for. She was very rude and a somewhat incompetent individual.nnI just went to the car and purchased online from another company..nnGood riddance E.K.

Been in a few times looking for a new TV. It's great being able to see them on display but I'm always disappointed with the information displayed about each product. WHY can't they have the info displayed with the same basic info on each product so its easier to compare models and spec. The info is way better on the website. The staff are friendly and not too salesy

Bit of a boring store now. Little competition does this. Very uninspiring and I love tech.
