Busy place as Curry's goes. Lots of free parking. Staff are good and attentive.
Shocking customer service waited about for ages to buy a laptop, new customer appeared and were served before us. Asked for some help at the desk where 4 staff were stood having a chat and seemed disgusted that we interupted them. Finally got a girl come to help who was the rudest and cheekiest person ive ever had to deal with before. Did not care at all was not at all interested in helping and made it perfectly clear.nnSilver lining was that after speaking to the manager she got a different girl to come help out who was actually helpful and lovely to deal with but overall the service was terrible and definately wont be back
Poor customer service. Stood and waited in this store for 45 minutes with no help. Spoke to a few staff who said to wait and seemed not interested. Seems to be a lack of sufficient staff. We wanted to buy a fridge, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
Always a good amount of stock in store and if they don't have it they're more than happy to get it in store as soon as possible for you, friendly staff when I went to buy my new PC and very knowledgeable about it.
Poor service today. Waited for assistance regarding a substantial purchase that never came despite specifically requesting it from a staff member. Left standing waiting so took our business elsewhere.
