Lots of parking, has a good range of cookers, fridge freezers and lots of other electrical goods, staff are friendly and helpful, toilet available.
I went to buy a Sage Barista coffee machine and when I opened it I saw a lot of scratches on the machine, the machine also had coffee grinds on the drip tray and the grinder had coffee in it. The machine looked used and also the back water tray had stains on it. It was clearly used and they sold it to me. I’ve never saw something like this in my life? A used machine in its box that I payed for to be new? I went back the next day and asked for a new one which they did give me but I got no sincere apologies or a compensation as an apology.. me seeing that used condition shocked me, where is the quality control on such expensive appliances? Clearly something’s wrong here.
Great place to get all your electrical needs. The store assistant worked out the best item combination to give us the biggest discount. That was much appreciated.
Limited ranges . Looks big and full but not " household items " are short supply. Wanted a mid price range vacuum cleaner. Nearly all battery ones nothing substantial

So I had a washing mashine delivery installation and removel too because I didn't disconnect my old one they said that I had to ring someone to do something that didn't even need doing so I had my old one uninstalled by someone who doesn't work there and I asked for them to come collect it as paid for it took me 3 days to actually find someone to talk to there is so many questions and options on call its reduliculous!!! They booked me in and didn't turn up I had to throw it out myself who needs men!!
A recent visit to Curry’s in Solihull was an absolute pleasure for me because I was served by Mohitur Rahman . Mo was so helpful patient and knowledgeable he is a real credit to the company . I do hope you recognise his contribution to the business. There were some complications with the process to overcome due to my circumstances,but Mo dealt with everything in a professional competent manner . All the time Mo made conversation and reassured me that he would get the contract and network I needed. He’s absolutely what a good retail assistant should be ! He must serve hundreds of people every day yet he managed to make me feel individual and valued .
Been to this store a few times for a couple of things but recently went in to look at some Chromebooks. I was looking for a good 20 minutes and decided on a couple I liked. I approached a nice gentleman to ask for some assistance and he said he would send someone my way to help. I waited for about 15 minutes and nobody came back, a lot of the colleagues were on the floor talking with each other. I approached someone else just for some advice and he did try to help but made me feel it was an inconvenience. Went elsewhere to buy as they didn't seem interested, which is a shame since I was happy to make a purchase.
Click and click arranged from this store, they never update the order to say ready for collectionthis is not the first time they have done this, various online chats and phone calls to no avail what so ever, still waiting for an item that should be have been ready to collect yesterday, helpline now telling they are going to email the store manager for status update and will call me back. I very much doubt that I will get a call back. wont be shopping from currys ever again poor poor service, they don't give damn about the customer what so ever.
I have spent over 1 hour trying to speak to someone who is human. Via online consultation the woman said that someone would contact me??? As I have been paying insurance for my TV and other products for years. This is how I am treated
