Really nice retail park with lots of free parking.
There were helpfully when I first picked up my TV got it home and the screen was cracked. Took it back and was very helpful on my second visit. Plus changed my coffee machine. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Great store, clean and tidy. Easy to find what your looking for and staff were very helpful in getting me what i wanted without overselling warranties etc
Fairly priced, kept waiting around for some time. It should also state on website that you are still allowed in to the stores. Other than this it was a pleasant enough experience & helpful staff.
Ignorant staff namely the large guy with brown hair and glasses. Back for a third time since two members of staff gave us incorrect information the first two times. Better off shopping online!
I use the place out of necesssity. And no other reason. I went in with the intention of spending £500. The staff don't seem to be motivated. I was in the shop for a good 10 minutes and I must have been invisible. And this was only 15 minutes after the shop opened in the morning. I eventually walked out empty handed.
I would like to thank Luke Sinclair in the Carphone Warehouse department of the store. He spent two hours helping me today, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was sorted. What a fantastic young man and a credit to the company. I shall be contacting management directly to make a compliment!
I have received absolutely awful customer service. Currys pc world at Basingstoke owe me £150 and are currently refusing to refund me my money! They lost my product in transit and promised me a refund over a month ago! Absolutely atrocious!! Complete theft and fraud!!!
Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to Jac who helped me with purchasing a sound bar today. Great customer service
