Last time I visited the store was a great experience , staff friendly helpful and now their job and products .
Large spacious store with good range of products under one roof. Very clear and tidy and we'll layed out. Staff friendly too and easy parking outside. Would recommend as no issues.
Stock of certain items is limited, there are a few errors in pricing where they are showing promotions but they won't be available. I had this problem with a cooker I bought and some watches we were interested in.
The service I received by the staff member was brilliant. However we got the washer home and unpacked and it had a huge dent in it. Disappointing as needed one today hence why we went to pick up from store. Now have to get it back to store tomorrow or wait for knows how long for Currys to get another to us!
The click and collect service is excellent. Place your order for collection online, arrive at the store and then let them know you e arrived using the online form, then open your boot and wait for the staff to put your items in for you. Very easy and I hope they continue this service in future.
They struggling to give my money back since January. I've paid twice for the same telly!!! 100% not recommended at all!!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The salesman showed great patience while I decided on my new 4K TV and Sound Bar. Such a pleasure to speak to staff that know the products on the shelf in great detail. I will be back soon for the bedroom TV. Thank you to the staff for helping me out with great advise.
