Good sized store with large selection of domestic electricals and electronics. Great to see so many display models. Staff helpful and friendly on the shop floor and tills. Thanks to staff for helping when my elderly Mum had an unfortunate incident with a vacuum cleaner. Not the store's fault, but they were very kind. Lovely customers too, especially the one also looking at vacuum cleaners who took me and my Mum home.
Really knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Even saw some tech I had no idea existed, check my video. Ive bought a lot from here, phones, accessories etc, it's still really great to walk around and see items in person. I so shop online mainly but I do value being able to see and test a product. If it's something big I typically find it online at Currys website and then order for store pickup.
Abid from the entertainment section and Peter from customer service have both been outstanding. Abid has really gone out of his way to help me make informed choices about the technology I need without being pushy. He helped me throughout the entire process. When I had issues with the technology itself and returned to the store, Peter was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. I can tell his years of experience have paid off. Once again Abid went out of his way to help me find alternatives to suit my needs , even though he had no sale to gain at this point. He has an incredible ability to make customers feel valued and respected. Even though I had difficulties with the technology itself, Peter and all the guys working in the technology/ TV team have been amazing. A very happy customer!
My go to place for electrical goods. Good store, good range. I don't always buy here but it often turns out to be the most convenient option.

Way better than any other Currys stores in this area Very well stocked, all neat with correct stock under display item,clearly priced Only issue for me was that absolutely no one spoke to us which really let them down
Social distances are poor from the staff, the stock levels are deceptive I went in for a printer, and although they have around 20 different printers on display, having chosen one and trying to purchase I was at this point told, " we have no printers in stock" !!! Why not put out of stock on the shelf or don't display them. Otherwise a decent range of products though I found this place expensive, shopping around will get same product cheaper, the TV's while seemingly having a huge range , on closer inspection they only seem to have four or five different brands but multiple sets from one manufacturer . Do some research before making a purchase also looked at small appliances the choice is good, prices average, staff are helpful if a little pushy they do try to push you to the more expensive choice,
Half decent selection but no staff to assist in information, waited 30 minutes in store to talk to a staff member and was approached by none seemed too busy walking round talking between each other, only say 1 actually helping a customer
Excellent store .its huge .biggest I've been to . Wheel chair accessible and a lift to get to the top floor . Staff were very helpful n happy to help you . You can every type of tech for your home here.
Called today and purchased an upright fridge / freezer and a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones. The shop was relatively busy. There seemed to be quite a few members of staff but they were all serving so we had to wait for about 15 mins until a retail assistant became free. The staff are friendly and helpful. The items we needed were in stock. The fridge freezer is being delivered next Wednesday...free delivery. I paid extra £20 for the old freezer to be taken away. No delivery time is given, a full day slot is allocated but they send a text to confirm time on the day. A lift is available in store as most household items are on the first floor.
