Nice shop. We popped in at opening time to pickup a gaming monitor. Lisa was on hand to help me, she was polite and helpful. She turned on all the monitors so I could see them in action. Once I made my decision, she helped me with my purchase. They hadn't got mine in stock but she had it ordered to my home, next day delivery. All in all, a pleasant and painless experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Currys store in Wednesbury. A staff member named Sayma, who claims to have 30 years of retail experience, treated me as if I was cheating her. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting. I picked up a vacuum cleaner that was displayed at a lower price than what she charged me at the till. This was not my fault, yet she treated me as if I had changed the price. Despite paying the full amount, she continued to treat me as if I wasn’t worthy of making a purchase. I have been in the UK for 4 years and have never experienced such treatment. I have attached a photo showing the price discrepancy. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously. No one should be made to feel this way.
I know that there are a lot of technology review sites to compare products, but sometimes it's worth seeing what your are purchasing in the flesh. The place was easy to find and park right of J9 M6. The shop is laid out well in different zones depending on what you are buying across 2 floors. There is a lift should you require wheelchair access. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in purchasing. Therr was no heavy sales push, and was left to make up my own mind after being shown the options in my price range. After purchasing I was helped to the car with the product. A really good service all round.
When first ordering my washing machine, the lady in the store was very helpful. My washing machine was delivered efficiently on the 3rd August. However, the delivery driver said there wasn't room on his van to take my old washing machine back - even though I had paid for it. He said he would text me and collect it Monday evening. No text and no show from the driver. So now I've been out of my way to go back to the store twice, was given another two collection days, the most recent one being 20th August. I am still waiting for my washing machine to be collected. Really not happy with curry's customer service or their after care.

Service was quick. The item was out of stock so we couldn't tale it away with us. Ended up paying £10 to have it delivered which didn't think was fair as we could of just put it in car if they had it. They couldn't tell is when it would be in stock
After a poor experience at Currys Tamworth purchasing a laptop I went to the Wednesbury branch where Deen and his colleague were both so helpful and explained in detail the different options to ensure I purchased the right laptop for me. They even set it up for me. I did not feel pressured or rushed; absolutely excellent customer service. I am so happy with my new laptop, thanks guys!
I purchased a Jetwash and had an outstanding customer service experience with Kerry, who has a colorful hair. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Thank you, Kerry, for making my shopping experience so pleasant!
Went here today, it was well stocked up with some nice stuffs but staff can give you a dirty look if you looking for something in the store which can make people feel unwelcome here.
I was not a customer of the store but would like to praise the restraint and professionalism of the staff on Sunday 21st July 2024. The store and other stores on the Wedensbury retail park was infested by a large group of youths who were intent on causing trouble with the staff and customers. The staff acted calmly in the guiding of these feral youths out of the store whilst the youths were giving the staff dogs abuse and trying to provoke a physical confrontation. The parents of these vile youth should be ashamed. This was not just boys but girls too and children of all ethnicities. Well done to the staff in the way they managed the situation.
