Missed the vanilla syrup out of my coffee even though I asked them if they had put it in, before I took it from them. They also gave me the wrong cake - didn't realise until I'd got back to my car. Nero normally has pretty good standards so this was a disappointment.
Breakfast barms are incredible, coffee infused bacon is pretty amazingin it's own right, would recommend grabbing one and sinking into one of the many comfy armchairs dotted about.
The best tasting coffee of the High Street chains. The serving area has a more 'authentic' atmosphere. Food is a slight letdown. Loyalty card. Polite friendly staff. Not as many shops as the others but worth searching out.
Good coffee , professional service. Quieter area to sit and chat or relax for a while at the back of the store.
One of my favourite coffee houses chocolate mocha is one of my favs but cappuccino an lattes on point too, great seating area and friendly staff, great location in trafford centre and so easy to pay on the app
