Really good activities with safety equipment, I had a lot of new experience and entertainment throughout the camp. The rooms are big and clean enough, and they have shower in each room! But when everyone is showering, the water gets really little that u couldn’t really shower. And the food is not always good, I think they could improve the eggs and sausages, but the pasta and meatballs are good. And they have a beautiful view to see to the sea sight and villages.
Great experience. The instructors/leaders were amazing and did their best to keep us entertained throughout the week. Good food catering, and had halal options too. At least 2 hot meals on most days, plus sandwiches. Did fun activities. Best for me was the mountain biking. Actually did quite a few challenging trails and hills which was cool to try. Very supportive and friendly staff. Would recommend.nnWinter Residential
If this was a review on potential it would be 5 star just some basic incompetency causes the experience to be ruined and to save the experience I had to miss out on some activities. I was put in a group on the first day and did lots of activities with them and started to make friends. We got our rooms sorted with people from that group.nThe next morning I was forced to move groups as someone wanted to be with their friend from home so I get forced to move. The member of staff did this in a horrible way and was really grumpy and rude and clearly didn’t care about me. Like why should I have to move groups to people I don’t know because someone else wanted to be with a friend from home. As a naturally shy person going on a residential was hard enough so then having to try and join a group who had already formed bonds and everything made me feel like an outside. The person in charge wasn’t understanding and was blatantly rude to me. I was hating it so much I then swapped back groups but this meant I had to miss according to them the best activities of coasteering and climbing.nnAfter this the week was good thanks to Ella who was brilliant. And other staff who were with our groupnnCould have been such a good week but some the manager in charge for the week and one member of staff just runined it.
This autumn, Cumulus Oudoors hosted a fantastic Raft Building, 8th Birthday Party for our son Lawrence, who regularly attends their school holiday camp programmes, and because he enjoys it so much, we thought we would approach them to host his party.nThey provided us with a totally awesome, fully inclusive package, catering for 18 children.nAll children were well looked after, supported and encouraged in all the raft building preparations, health and safety demonstrations and the clearing up. We also feel they learnt some important new skills.nWe were supplied with a truly delicious two course hot lunch back at the centre, and even a home made birthday cake was included!nAlex and Sasha were our instructors for the duration, and we cannot fault their enthusiasm and professionalism.nThe communication between us and the organisers was spot on, making it a stress free party to organise.nWe highly recommend a party with Cumulus Outdoors!
Great place for both young and old aged 10 years to 70 our group. We all thoroughly enjoyed the axe throwing, archery and shooting. The younger members did the climbing. All of the staff were very attentive and talked us through the activities, explaining everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Great experience making memories. Thank you
