Blencathra House is a grand building, built for £2.5 million by one of the first Private Finance Initiatives in the country. Occupied initially by the Inland Revenue, it is now home to adult and child social care departments of Cumbria County Council.
These people are totally courupt and are not regulated by the care quality commission if you have to contact them be very careful if you want my opinion couruption in our public services needs to stop in my opinion be warned
