Sadly Biscuit Cafe is now closed. The owner of the premises and pottery, having sold us the business for a huge amount of money, decided that 7 years of hard honest work and support were not enough for her and broke her word, leaving 8 people without jobs and ourselves in considerable debt and with no way of continuing to trade in any way. This establishment represents the worst kind of lies, deceit and greed and we would recommend to our lovely customers, who we miss, that they transfer their loyalties to the more deserving people at Bessie’s Tearoom who work hard and honestly for their money without shafting their so called ‘friends’.
