Fantastic service! From my first contact enquiring about the services offered by Cullens to saying goodbye to the gentlemen and I really mean gentlemen on the day of the house clearance, my experience has been as good as it gets. Everyone I have dealt with by email, phone and face to face has been efficient, obliging and polite. After sending a few photos of the rooms I needed clearing I received my quote and as soon as I accepted I was given an appointment for the job which was carried out less than a week later. Early this morning the team turned up on time, introduced themselves then I showed them round the rooms that needed clearing and I left them to it. The job 2 full van loads was done by early afternoon. Once the rooms were cleared we walked round together to make sure everything was done perfectly which it was and signed the waste transfer note, which guarantees that I have dealt with my waste legally and responsibly, and it was all over. A totally stress free experience. Congratulations Emma, Sean and Richard, and thanks.
Excellent service and price. They helped me clear out my garden of an old kitchen and lots of other bits of waste. Fast and very professional especially during this Pandemic when all the skips are closed. Would highly recommend to anyone and would use them again in the future.

Thoroughly recommend Derrick and Cullen's Clearances. Our company, Simply Refurb, uses Cullen's Clearances to remove, recycle and dispose of waste after all our refurbishment and maintenance works on clients properties. We have used Cullens twice including cleaning and clearing our flat, and also removing a cooker from our new house. I would definitely recommend Cullens Clearances.
Hired for end of tenancy clean. When they arrived tried to tell me i needed to pay an extra £95, which is just under 50% of the total cost. The standard of cleaning was poor, some areas barely/not touched. Worst of all they stained the newly sanded and stained worktops. Do not hire if you want your deposit back.
I've used Cullens clearances on a number of occasions for myself and a number of family members including my nan who would also give a glowing reference if she could use a computer. Always on time, friendly and professional.
