We had a great experience with Cubitt and West in Banstead. They were really prompt with getting back to us when we had queries and were great at keeping us updated with emails.nSpecial shout out to Holly who in particular gave amazing customer service as we needed to access the property a number of times with builders prior to purchase. Holly was extremely professional, friendly and definitely went the extra mile to accommodate us. Would highly recommend.
For my first ever visit to Banstead it was a pleasure to be greeted by Holly at the house that I was interested in. She had offered me a viewing appointment on the only day and at the only time that was convenient to me. Her manner throughout was both courteous and friendly; she provided me with useful supplementary information about the house; and afterwards at my request sent me details of other properties in the area that might interest me. All in all an enjoyable experience.
Unbelievable service from Scott and the team in Banstead, they where incredibly efficient and kept us informed the whole way through, we also used their recommend Lawyers and we found the whole experience faultless, form putting our property on the market to sale was so quick one of their quickest I believe!!nThank you again to the teamnZara
