CTD Tiles

Very good tile display that helps chose tiles. Help is available but there can be a wait if they are short on staff of if a customer in front can't make up there minds! Trade side great and guys friendly. They help with orders and loading the car.

We recently bought some wall tiles for a home DIY project - Scott and his colleagues could not have been more friendly and helpful, providing knowledgeable advice, and helping us choosing our tiles and co-ordinating grout. Today I experienced great customer service at CTD. I rang up the store after being left without supplies due to the current situation. Leo quickly confirmed he could help and that I could collect today. On collection Leo and Scott were chatty and very kind appreciated as a young woman often intimidated by attending such stores. Leo loaded the materials in my car and was nothing but pleasant. He's an asset to your team!

The gent who served us was incredibly helpful. We were looking for a few tiles frim a discontinued range and he went above and beyond to help. Would 100% recommend.

Really good range of tiles that are nicer than high street companies. Really quick delivery of samples and order. The service is excellent! The guys are helpful and nothing is too much trouble! Would recommend highly!

Great service from enquiry, sample, to placement of order made simple and as my wife said we were unaware this place is Jo Public thought it was for trade only great visuals as well
