I have tried several workouts in the past and also had countless gym memberships that I NEVER really got to use at all. With Hugo at CT Personal Training Studio, he pushes you to your limit and he makes sure he maximises the amount of training you get in an hour! I've only been a member for two months but I can really see the positive results! I would definitely recommend Hugo and the studio to anyone who wants to be fit and make new friends.

Studio is well equipped, clean and well maintained. Location is very accessible, located behind Eastbourne train station. Hugo, my personal trainer, is the best (though i hate him sometimes for making me work hard). He will never allow you to give up and pushes hard to achieve your goal. I am now 1 dress size down!

Professional approach and great motivation. This personal trainer don't force you to try and do, he will inspire you to do it until working out becomes part of your life.
Having someone so supportive, helping you to achieve your goals, the goals that seem so distant and hard to achieve, its priceless.

And if you fancy learning the Brazilian martial art 'CAPOEIRA', this is the best place in East Sussex. Not only this martial art will teach you  self defence, it will also maintain you fit. 

It is changing my life.

- Why did I need a Personal Trainer? Because I’m one of those people who always liked the idea of feeling and looking fitter but find myself struggling to motivate myself and build the confidence to make it a reality. I’ve always felt intimidated by mainstream gyms; as soon as I enter these places I feel lost and even more demotivated.
- Why I chose Hugo? We met at a Capoeira class in Brighton a few years ago and when I moved to Eastbourne I met up with him again. He’s a motivational character and invests the effort and time to build on my strong points and encourages me to work on my weakest areas. The fitness studio is his domain and his enthusiasm and passion for training is relentless and infectious.
- Why I continue to train with Hugo? It’s nearly a year on since our first training session and I’ve achieved all my original goals; surprisingly they were not so difficult to achieve after all! 10Kg muscle gained, 10km and 26km runs achieved – job done! I now have new goals that I couldn’t have ever imagined aiming for a year ago – I love training now and rarely miss a session. I attend Boot Camp and Capoeira classes too. 
I’m a very happy customer and would recommend CT Personal Training Studio to anyone who has a yearning to change their life but can’t find the way.

I'm the kind of person that loses the motivation very quickly but finally I have found the right place 💪🏼🏋🏼
Such a good atmosphere at the classes with an awesome personal trainer 😁
