James, Bryan and Stuart team 3 fitted 6 windows for us last week. We are delighted with the quality of the windows and work they did. They were polite, helpful and tidied up well, hoovering afterwards and cleaning the windows. The plasterer who came the next week to finish off was also tidy and helpful, doing another great job. The office staff were also very helpful keeping us informed of the progress of our order. We would have no hesitation in using this company again.
Having been let down by a big national supplier, I noticed the excellent work a neighbour received from CSJ, when they had all their windows replaced. I examined their work and decided to follow suit. From the very start, we had a totally professional but friendly service. The salesman listened to our needs and gave a very fair price, that did not involve any haggling or silly games. The surveyor came as agreed and went through all the elements of the job. We needed additional stone work done for our window and this was all included in the price. The builder came the week before and did a great job, preparing the stone work for the new window, including securing the old window for a few days, prior to our installation. On the big day, three men arrived at 0810, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They consulted me on detail all the way how much width I would need to fit my old blinds. They finished in perfect time and only took payment after we had inspected the work and found it entirely to our satisfaction. What might have been a very stressful experience, replacing an enormous old window with this state of the art new one, turned out to be a lesson in professionalism and service. I am entirely satisfied with the perfect personal service and value I received at the hands of CSJ and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! Many thanks!
Ordered windows and fitted within 3 weeks. Experience was very good. The fitting team were the hardest working guys I have seen for a while. The standard of joinery and workmanship was excellent. Friends have been very impressed with the finished look and we are extremely happy with the windows and new back door. Absolutely no damage incurred when taking out the old windows out and left the place clean and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation to friends and family.
Had windows and door fitted today by Bryan Greg and Spence. Excellent job. A very efficient team who worked well, gave me regular progress updates and finished the job in good time. They did a great job and all finishes were first class too. Cleaned up thoroughly too. I definitely recommend these guys and will employ them again to do all the rest of windows.
it was a very simple experience, from start to finish. The salesman explained everything clearly and he was not pushy and we reached a compromise on a price. The man who came to measure up did so quickly and cleanly and then the installation team came on the appointed date, set up their equipment on our driveway and worked non-stop until the job was completed. They tidied up and then explained the workings of the windows. Installation of the windows 3 took 5 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use them again in the future.
Excellent service from a friendly and professional firm. Team 3 Bryan, Spencer, Dean and Robbie have just fitted new doors to the front and rear of my property and we experienced the same excellent level of service and workmanship as we did when CSJ fitted new windows throughout the property a couple of years ago. Highly recommended!
Team 3 fitted our new front door, bifolds and full length window. They were friendly and did a brilliant job and tidied up when they were finished. We are very happy with the finished doors and window. It’s only 4 stars instead of 5 due to lack of communication from the main office regarding a delay in starting the job. Other than that would definitely recommend CSJ.
