Really helpful staff, lovely atmosphere in the shop. A great range of products/crystals available and there was a half price silver jewellery sale when I visited recently - there are often different offers and deals on in the store!

A cute Little Rock shop! I came here for some stones to add to my collection and was not disappointed! I even found some Amber jewelry for really great prices! I ended up getting some ametrine as well. Definitely make a stop here!

Beautiful products available however the member of staff who was there was extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be returning. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from a business encouraging spiritual well-being and positivity. Very very disappointing as I had made the trip to Bath specifically to visit this shop.
The lady behind the till was extremely helpful considering it's a very busy time of year for retail staff. Prices are good and quality is high.
Beautiful shop with a nice atmosphere. Went in to purchase a few crystals, the lady who served me was so helpful and explained the different healing properties each crystal had. 100% recommend!
Paid nearly 400£ for an opal pendant which is not even big which lost its colour in less then an year and I contacted them but all I received was negative and rude attitude from the management blaming me for the low quality opal which I was not aware at the time and did not know much about opals. Nobody did not want to take responsibility. I even did not get any certificate with the opal which I requested after but ... unfortunately ........Absolutely overpriced stock that you can find it much cheaper anywhere else but not there!
