If I could put less than 1 star I would. I used them twice and never again. Went there on the 23/07/22 paid for the car to be cleaned inside and out. Exterior- I have 4 50cm scratches on my roof and circular scratches on the boot and loads of small scratches here and there from what I can assume was made by dirty cloths. I wash my car myself usually and often therefore I know all those scratches are new, aswell as only just repaired scratches made on my car Interior- they only just about hoovered the inside, nothing else has been done. There's dust and finger prints all over the interior as there was before I dropped the car for a clean. Very poor! Although as annoying as it is paying for a service and not receiving what you pay for its just a bit of dust. However, the ruined paint work really grinds my gears. It's a black car so it really shows. There are 5 cars in my house hold and no-one will be going to that cleaning service again.
Very nice hand carwash! They do a good job which doesn't cost you a fortune. If you go there in peak time you can get in queue which will make you wait for 20-30 minutes if you have 5-6 cars in front of you. But if you are first process can take as quick as 5-10 minutes. They do have chairs to sit while you are waiting.

Yes crystal hand car wash is very excellent,I suffer from bad hip,so I said how much to do my car ,and instead of the usual £15.00 pound,s he only charged me £13.00pound,s and the Boy,s are very friendly,I just handed him the keys and sat down ,and he came and got me when it was ready ,throughly recommend this car wash.
Fantastic job...great value for money..you can pick from a number of options as to what you have done....whilst always busy they have enough people to get through the cars quickly but thoroughly!
Car wash vallet was good but unfortunately they jet washed the engine and have jet washed all the electronics and got water into the fuel sensors and filters that has gone around the system, so from when I dropped off the car at £75.00 for the vallet it is now in garage as RAC have said it cant be fixed until it's been stripped down dried out and new sensor fitted costing me a fair amount more, when I revisited to ask for some help or compensation they said that there were not prepared to help!! Such a shame as we did use them a lot but just be aware not to have the engine done when visiting this car wash!! Not great aftercare
Love these guys! They always have a smile on their faces no matter what the weather. They do a great jon on my cars every week.
Very good group of friendly Eastern Europeans. Excellent car cleaning at good price.
