Mike is a fantastic mortgage broker. He has helped me out with multiple queries and brokering, and every time he has been on the ball, incredibly quick, and has made the whole process very easy for me.

The first time I worked with Mike, he gave me a free consultation and walked me through my financial situation before recommending that I use the broker incentivised by the seller as it would work out cheaper for me. That sale fell through, and I went back to Mike twice more, once more with a sale that fell through, and for my final purchase, which thankfully went smoothly.

Each time I worked with Mike, he was lightning fast in dealing with my requirements and queries. He just got on with everything, prompting me for input when he needed it, and working around me when I didn't have time to get back to him. I threw tight deadlines at him, and he pulled it out of the bag every time. Being a first time buyer, the six months I spent over the multiple properties I looked at was quite stressful, and Mike bore a good chunk of that burden.

I could not recommend Mike highly enough, he will get you a great deal with no fuss and no pressure.

I have some rental properties that I was looking to remortgage, both to get a better rate but also to get some money out of them for improvements on my own home.  Mike and his team found some excellent rates for me, and when valuation on one property came back lower than expected, they adapted quickly and found another deal that was equally as good.  The process was smooth, Mike kept me informed at every stage and I felt so comfortable having them deal with everything so I didn't have to, because they are the experts and know the whole of the market inside out.  Need a mortgage, you really need to talk to Crystal Clear.

As first time buyers my boyfriend and I were wary of being taken advantage of by solicitors, estate agents and everyone in between, but Mike and his team were so reassuring and understanding! Mike spent a lot of time getting to understand our situation and used his knowledge of the lenders to get us the best possible mortgage offer (which we knew  for sure as we'd already consulted 2 other mortgage advisers before coming to Crystal Clear.) Additionally, whenever we had a question or query the team were always available and couldn't be more helpful.

I have used Crystal Financial Services several times to obtain a mortgage. They have always been very friendly and professional. Their rates are very reasonable and they always found the best solution for what I wanted. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Mike and his team were first-rate from the beginning of the process to the very end. As first time buyers, we were very green and unsure of the various processes and hoops which need to be jumped through to complete a house purchase. Mike and his staff were always on hand to calm us down or reassure us when we really needed it!

We will be going back to use their services next year when we re-mortgage, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
