I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support provided by this centre I have repeatedly called and emailed, but it is virtually impossible to get through to anyone—no one answers the phone, and emails go unanswered.nnThe lack of communication and support is deeply concerning, especially when it involves children with additional needs who rely on consistent care. We feel completely ignored and abandoned. Families deserve better, and vulnerable children should never be left without access to the medical professionals they need.nnI hope this review prompts serious reflection and much-needed improvement in how this centre communicates and supports the families under its care.
This centre has failed my grandson time and time again the staff are inadequate treated my daughter like she is a idiot sayingg my grandson has nothing wrong. Yet after my daughter wwwnt to te hospital who demands a MRI scan my grandson has brain damage. They have treated my daughter his mother as if she is beneath them. They are dissgausting how they treat people.
Constantly changing appointments no one ever answers the phone but the receptionist sit there yapping their gums like their lives depended on it.
I saw Dev yesterday and he was amazing, funny and kind. Really enjoyed the appointment to be honest and wish I had more hearing problems to go back again, but unfortunately I can here completely fine thanks to him. I really do recommend to whoever needs this service as they are all so friendly and accommodating.
My sons been going here for around 2 years for his hearing appointments and we’ve never had a problem here, it was quite hidden away at first and may be awkward if your walking but the navigation took us right outside. They do a amazing job doing my sons hearing test every time and are very patient with him I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
