Thank you Ernesto for getting my back into a position where i can now continue on with my daily life. Not having to take the awful painkillers that i was taking is a blessing too. Ernesto is incredible. I had a shoulder injury toddler jumped on me and I was in agony. Within 24 hours of seeing Ernesto , I felt so much better. After a few sessions I was pain free, despite it being quite a bad sprain in my scapula. Today I went to see him, this time with severe lower back pain  again child related ; breast feeding has softened my ligaments plus exercising without warming up or down, whilst push the pram. I have been in agony , unable to move this week , and even in tears with it. After seeing him this morning, I already feel so much better and more mobile.nnI can not recommend him more highly. Mr Cruz is very Knowledgeable takes his time to listen regarding the history of the injury and how it was incurred before carrying out a full and systematic examine. He then explains fully the treatment he will undertake and any future exercises programs to be completed. He has a very friendly and open manner.

Ernesto is an excellent osteopath. I see him for regular maintenance which stops me getting injured when I’m training. It’s so worth it!

Fixed the problems I was having with my back and provided a routine to follow to increase flexibility. Increased my confidence to go back to activities that I had been avoiding. Very knowledgeable and open to answering questions.
