Absolutely “shocking customer service”, pay £150 for a jumper after asking for an XL, get it home to realise it’s actually a large, tried to return it to change for an XL and they will not allow me to. Their mistake and £150 down the drain, manager (who served me on the first place and will not correct her error) very rude and unhelpful. Will not be shopping here again. I’d give 0 star if I could
