Yes the Terminal is great.... It's having Wifi for the guests and offers excellent service to the tourists.... Do spend some time in the Terminal as u might get some nice shopping to do for you and your family.... The City Maps are readily available for free in the Terminal and wish u guys a safe travel ......
Like a well oiled machine, all of the employees worked together seamlessly to make the disembarkation process very smooth.
Large, open space with plenty of parking not cheap! Right nearby. Easy travel from rail station. Adjacent sea access for the ship provides interesting departure.
On our first cruise we went through this terminal and it was so stress free. I was expecting lots of waiting around and stress however the staff were fast and efficient checking us in for our cruise. This made a great start to our holiday
Our first time on a cruise and from the moment we got to the terminal, the whole process was so smooth. Someone takes your luggage, and it's there at your cabin when you get on the ship, someone else takes your car there is a fee for this service, run by CPS, and when you return, there's no hassle getting it back.
Went on a cruise visiting Madeira, the Canaries and Lisbon, it was a great experience, coming back to Southampton to be welcomed by a grand place felt good
