For some reason this hospital gets a bad wrap, having been associated with several hospitals owing to my little one’s medical conditions.nI can honestly say that the service we have received here has been outstanding.nThe Dr’s and nurses have been throughly investigative throughout when it comes to ensuring they meet her needs effectively.nnMoreover, staff … the food staff, play staff included were polite and kind offering a standard of bedside manner that I recognise and respect. I would recommend this hospital over University Lewisham & Greenwich any day.nnFurthermore, I had my tonsils removed at this hospital in September 2020 and personally received a great standard of care too.nnI cannot thank the staff there enough for doing their jobs and doing them properly.
I went for a blood test today 22 Oct '24. The staff was lovely. The nurse was very friendly and the reception staff was good too. I made an appointment but was seen before time...Love the experience... Nurse's name is Sarah.
I would like to share my experience at the hospital. Unfortunately, my child wasn't offered any food during our long wait, which was concerning, especially for a young patient. It's crucial for hospitals to prioritize basic needs like food, in addition to medication. I hope this feedback helps improve the care provided to all patients in the future. They are so what interested in stuffing her up with medications but not bother with giving her food anything like ??
Had been to appointments for my ear tests and check-up several times before at ENT and at the Hearing centre. Now, coming back from the ear check-up at my local GP Selsdon for the collection of my hearing aids at Croydon Hospital.
Endoscopy Unit - very efficient. The system for my procedure seemed to be very well managed. The doctor who did the endoscopy explained everything very clearly, and the nurses were warm, friendly and caring. I felt very well looked after and am grateful to them.
