Not too bad. Library and access to computers. Suffered when the council cut funding.

The staff don't police the supposedly quiet study area on the top floor. It's completely unsuitable for studying as the teenagers natter away noisily and the staff don't say or do anything. I would speak up myself but would probably end up being followed outside by one of these kiddies and being stabbed. There are two other floors for people to study noisily if they want to, if the library is going to designate the top floor a quiet study area then they need to actually enforce it. Very unhappy.
