I have been there many times for personal parcels and now for work I need to go weekly, always a great service, the two ladies that work there are lovely, friendly and kind. This post office is so convenient for people that lives nearby. Overall excellent service. Thank you. Victoria.
Getting fed up with this post office always being closed! I even phoned up one day to ask if it was open and was told yes it was, so I walked for 20 mins with a package and when I got there it was closed for lunch!!!!! Totally unreliable. If you want excellent service go to the post office in Sandhurst Yorktown Road, the lady there is super efficient and always extremely helpful and works quickly.
Met the new employee at the post office and she was lovely. Great to walk in and see a welcoming face. Chatty and efficient. Looks like she wants to stay which is great news
The staff seem to always find a way to make themselves look busy whenever I come to post something. I have stood waiting for them to either finish their private conversations or a small job that could’ve easily been done when there were no customers waiting. It just feels extremely rude, almost like they go out of their way to waste people’s time. It’s a shame really as the corner shop staff are lovely and the post office staff one more so than the other are just rude.
I've always found this post office very useful. I'm grateful we still have one in Crowthorne to be honest! Can be busy at times, best time to go is mid-late morning. Can be strict on large letter sizes, but overall always found the servers efficient and polite. I use this post office all the time so would recommend.
God awful service, rude staff who occasionally just can’t be bothered to turn up. The shop staff are lovely but the post office needs to get a grip. It’s a slim chance someone can be bothered to help when they even are there, and then I got attitude for daring to post 20 mins before closing because she wanted to leave early!? She complained at me because she wanted to go and catch her regular train home BEFORE closing time, and gobbed off that I could have come earlier... Erm, no? I was at work too?
I found this post office very good. I wish opening hours were more reliable but customer service has been very good. I’m glad we have a post office near by. Now is difficulty times because of lockdown, I must say people respect queue and do distancing. Thank you Crowthorne.
Very nice and helpful staff and a good service, open on time and very helpful.
Lost my parcel. Women in there rude Posted something before from a post office within a shop before and it was lost as well. Would avoid going here and just use a normal main post office if given the chance
Great little Post Office. We’ve been using it for over 3 years. Not sure why it has bad reviews.
