Crisp and clean and full of concrete and tarmac. The spaces aren’t too tight either, but the price is on the steeper side. Quite an interesting walk when you go out the gates if you head west - you can hang around under a pretty ace looking bit of under pass. The tunnel under the road was completely flooded and when we walked back we stood around making pretty realistic shot gun noises while we pretended to blast hoards of mierlurks thst we could imagine popped out of the water and trying to eat us.
There are EV charge points EO immediately on your left on the ground floor as you enter the carpark. Do not drive past them as it is impossible to get back to that location obeying the one way system without leaving and entering again, paying extra to do so. They are not signposted, the spaces themselves are marked as reserved. 7 AC chargers Edit: visited again and specifically used the chargers. They are free since you're already paying for parking. You need the EO app to activate them.
Good car park. Well located in the city centre yet easy to get to from outside Manchester I came from South of the city. Much cheaper than some of the other nearby car parks and also quite secure. And if you need a place to stay the Premier Inn is literally right above the car park.
Very central for theatres with plenty of space. Works on an app so you drive in and out without a ticket or payment, but payment is taken about a minute after you leave. Very good system
Convenient, neat and well-illuminated. Close to Oxford Road and Manchester Metropolitan University.
A large carpark reasonably close to the city centre 15 minute walk. I paid £22 for a 26 hour stay.
tl;dr: Greedy corporations win again with sneaky charges and fine print, and no chance you'll even win an appeal. If I could give no stars I would do. - Absolutely abhorrent are NPC. I parked in this car park early November in a parking bay which I checked I was allowed to park in when there, in fact, I walked all the way around the area and my car to check if there was anything saying 'no parking', there were NO signs say I was not allowed to park there. To get a charge notice saying I caused an 'obstruction'. I triple checked where I parked, in fact I even revisited the car park recently to check again no signs anywhere!. I appealed. To no avail. Companies like this are why the UK economy is failing. Absolutely disgusting. It is David vs. Goliath all the time, however Goliath always wins because they have 'money' and rule the UK with their greedy corporate attitudes. Completely utterly disappointed in the service. Do not visit this car park, you will be fined with NO evidence. On top of this, if you can avoid NPC, you should, however I know this is hard because they practically rule the car parks in the UK. They need a strong competitor, they've ruled for far too long. Completely disgraceful. They trick you into 'accepting their terms and conditions' picture attached when you do not even have access to these without actively contacting them first - who does that?! It's purposely deceitful. I wish any Government we have would crack down on the 'ruling elite corporations' and sort it out. Unfortunately the world is now run by money grabbing nasty organisations which think they can get away with anything.
not as busy as some of the other NCPs in the city centre, but still astronomically priced for a days parking on a weekend. Pre book elsewhere early if you can!
Not everyday you get to compliment a car park operator on ease of use, though convenient to use and located directly around the corner from work. Early bird discount £5.95 for all day parking if you arrive before 9am, though you must download and pay via the NCP autopay app which may not be for everyone, and not immediately clear. If you are using the standard tariff, there are cheaper options. Ticketless parking means you are charged automatically when leaving via the app, which I find convenient too.
Great car park, easily accessible and right at the centre of Manchester. Plus the autopay is great
