Caught the bus at 09:40am from Upton Upon Severn to Worcester on 04/04/22 [ paid GBP 5.40 rtn ] & what a long ride around different villages & arrived around 10:35am. On arrival at Crowngate Bus Station I ask one of the bus drivers when the next bus would return to Upton Upon Severn & informed either at 12:30pm or 6pm, thank god I was meeting someone who I hadn't seen for many years & spent a good few hours catching up. Crowngate bus station outside really needs updating dark & not very inviting, defiantly needs more buses between Upton & Worcester throughout the day.
Great place to ger your bus, some information - if you are used to getting buses you would work it out, although if you are new to bus travel or to the area it could really do with someone to help out with extra informtion
Isn’t best in terms of cleanness but is a great place to catch a bus home and arrive into Worcester. Loss of bus routes to offer and pretty consistent services. You do get quite a lot of loud teen gangs hanging out though. There is a footpath to the town itself as well as escalators up to CrownGate as well as a lift for step-free accessibility.
Always missing out Ronkswood buses they have taken uot the woed*Service" Purerly business and not customer focused
Just asked help of an employee who was very unhelpful. The interactive Bus Guide didn't work and there was no obvious place to find out which shelter accommodated which bus. Not a good advert for this city. Shan't return unless hell freezes over
Well lit and kept as clean as customers allow
Several shop units empty. Adjoining bus station gloomy.
Untidy the buses seem to turn up when they like no information when a bus going to be late.
Good for information on busses with updated information readily available
The revamped bus station is well laid out easy to get around with plenty of room to shelter from the elements. The toilets are clean and easily accessible
