This is my second stay at this hotel, and me and my family really enjoy it.nThe hotel is in a good location in between a few stations which make it good when you’re looking to sight see. Exmourth Market is really close by also, with plenty of good restaurants.nStaff are very friendly and rooms are clean and well equipped. The check in was very welcoming and warm, by Weronika. She shows genuine care and our kids loved her. She also remembered us a few times we stopped by reception which made us feel at home especially as when we checked in it was quite busy, but staff handle it very well.nBreakfast is also very delicious, a bit more expensive but lots of variety.nOverall we will definitely be back next time we visit London.
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to end. We were in London to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and stayed here. A smooth check in at the front desk and a very kind gesture by staff to deliver our cake into room at midnight. Sid was very kind and helpful during our breakfast the next day. His personable approach and empathetic manner made us all feel very welcome. A cheesecake with a candle provided on house kicked off the celebrations. After a trip around the city, a beautiful work of art by the housekeeping team was a great surprise when we got back to the room.nnAbsolutely not a complaint or a miss but a few suggestions for delighters would be:nA few more vegetarian food options at breakfast. An out of box idea - option of Indian tea at the counter. An easy to make and a great differentiator from the competition may pull more guests to the hotel.nnAnother special thanks to Ayesha and Humera as well for their amiable personality and inviting demeanour. Overall, a well spent experience at this hotel.

The hospitality was truly impressive — the staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience very comfortable from check-in to check-out.nnThe highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide and well-organised variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. From hot items to pastries and fruits, there was something for everyone. A special thanks to Siddhant for his kindness and excellent service — he really made our stay even more pleasant.nnThe rooms were clean, well maintained, and very relaxing after a long day.nOverall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
Stayed here for a weekend in February. Location is fine, but expect a 15 minute walk or so to either Kings Cross or Russell Square tube. Uber obviously plentiful in the area.nnHad food delivered using Uber Eats no issue.nWe didn’t have breakfast in the property. When we enquired if you pay on the day we were told £25 per adult and £15 per child so we went out to a local cafe which very nice. Would suggest pre booking breakfast for a better rate if you’re interested in eating in the hotel.nnHotel itself a very pleasant typical Crowne Plaza property. Rooms clean and modern, and quiet which is important to us. Room was quite warm with no opening window with thermostat set to max cold but it’s February in a wet and miserable London so wasn’t expecting the air con to be on!nnFriendly helpful staff throughout hotel. Very courteous cleaning staff. Would happily stay here again.
We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza London – Kings Cross by IHG with our family and had an overall very pleasant experience.nnThe hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families visiting London. The rooms were well maintained and met our expectations for a Crowne Plaza property.nnOne small area for improvement was the absence of porter service. We had multiple bags, and it would have been helpful to have assistance transferring our luggage from reception to the rooms, especially after a long journey.nnOn a very positive note, Siddhant and Aakifa truly stood out during our breakfasts. They were warm, attentive, and consistently provided excellent customer service every morning. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made our breakfast experience enjoyable and set a great tone for the day.nnOverall, it was a good stay, and with a few minor improvements, it could be even better. We would certainly consider staying here again.
