My stay at the Crowne Plaza London - Kings Cross was fantastic. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from King's Cross station. Our room was modern, spotless, and quiet, providing a very comfortable stay.nnThe true highlight, however, was the service. I must specifically commend the Front Desk Manager, Janith, for his exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to resolve a small issue with our booking, handling it with incredible efficiency and care. His commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.nnThanks to the excellent service and great facilities, I highly recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel thanks to Weronika! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, she made sure everything went smoothly and that I felt welcome throughout my stay. We stayed over a weekend and loved their exceptional service. I want to specially mention Janith from the Front Desk, he was helpful in guiding us throughout our stay and pitched into plan our itinerary too. Service was above and beyond,
Came from Dubai for a quick trip and I’m so glad I chose this place. Weronika at reception was outstanding! Super friendly, helpful, and professional. She made everything easy from check-in to local tips. Great service, cozy hotel. Would definitely come back! Only thing i would say is don’t bring too much luggage as the rooms are quiet small and for breakfast come as early because it does get very busy, but overall breakfast is very nice and staff are also very welcoming.
All good with the rooms and location however at times with the service given this seems over price hotel.nI have stayed for few of my business trips due to proximity to office and convenience. However a lot has changed in terms of its service and especially on cleaning rooms.nEarlier i used to get my rooms cleaned all day but then realized it was not needed to save effort and add to nature.nHowever the cleaning person seems only trained to make beds and clean bathrooms. If you have kept anything outside or near bin they don't use common sense to take it. Even the towels kept outside they do not change.nReally not the kind of service you would expect from such a known hotel. Overall the staff is good and helpful but then this should have been taken care of.nHope my next visit I could see difference.nAlso the price seems too high at times and have better options available.
