Whilst working as the Production Manager for an outdoor Christmas trail over the Christmas season I worked with Crown Oil to deliver our fuel for 7 generators located around a forest. John was extremely professional and swift in his communications and always ready to help me problem solve. A last minute delivery close to the bank holidays was extremely appreciate. Reliable. I've recently moved into a property that has oil central heating without knowing the first thing about it but everyone at Crown Oil has been brilliant with helping answer my questions and get us up and running in time for the cold snap last year! Courtney - my account manager - is always on hand to help and is lovely to chat to, as well as always getting the best price she can or giving advice on what the market trends are doing to help work out when to get my next delivery! She also helps me stay on top of my oil levels by phoning up when I'm likely to need a top up. Paul was also brilliant when we needed a new tank as he helped us work out which the best type and size for our needs were. I would highly recommend Crown Oil if you're needing oil in the future!
