"The Crown Inn at Churchill is a traditional country pub set in an ideal location for ramblers, dog walkers, cyclists and ale drinkers. The pub itself is well-known for its abundance of charm and character, with unique quirks like an exposed straw wall accentuated by a picture frame. Untouched stone-flagged floors stretching the entire length of the pub. And an open fire that becomes the heart of the pub in the colder months. But when the sun’s shining there’s plenty of garden and outdoor seating for you to enjoy your pint. We’re well known for our ales with seven local beers served straight from the barrel and we have five dry, sweet or traditional cider on tap for you to choose from."

Very nice old school pub. Friendly staff and most importantly super tasty food. Portions are generous too! Nice area inside and plenty of seats outside.
Little gem of a place. Excellent food, excellent service and dogs welcome we had the ploughman's lunch and it was the best we have tasted for some time. The pint of Cider helped. Will be going back soon
Great traditional and earthy pub - perfect after a long walk. Dogs welcome. Kids too apparently on a lead according to the sign above the bar. The value for money was crazy - we had a ploughmans and the amount of food we got for what we paid was awesome. Perfect stop on a winters day with warm log burner. Note: It can get busy and you can't reserve a table
Can hands down day this is our favourite pub..... absolutely love the olde worlde charm of this place... The food is exceptional and the choice of beers and ciders is amazing.... they serve cornish rattler yum... Oh can also say the bar snacks are good best pork scratchings and I can resist a pickled egg.
Amazing food at lunchtime. Bar Staff were very friendly. The pub has lost of character
Called in here with my lovely lady on the evening of Halloween, really enjoyed it and the staff are cool, a mysterious and relaxed atmosphere, there's toilets outside the main building, parking too, a real proper pub with a good selection of drinks and crisps. Johnny's ring of fire, just give them a go, 5 stars
Cracking pub, full of character and history. I started drinking in the pub in the mid 90s. Now it's always a great place to return. Good banter with the woman behind the bar today as well about gyms! Thanks for having us as always.
Amazing beer led pub with food at lunchtimes. Beer straight from the casks and generous sandwiches/ploughman's. Perfect for refuelling us on our walk and worth a trip if you're nearby.
So many fond memories of this fine, cosy country pub from the late 1990s. Went back a couple of years back, and it was just as good as I remembered. Possibly, the best pub I've ever frequented. Lovely landlord.
Popped in with friend on a Saturday lunchtime had home made chilli with bread and local thatchers cider, more of a traditional pub, little worn in places, food was nice, chilli tasty not too hot, though could have done with some rice on the side. Like most places don't get extras as used to decades ago. Prices normal.
