They helped me source the perfect car, and all necessary admin and paperwork was completed professionally, promptly and in a friendly manner. I highly recommend their service and would have no hesitation using them again.

After totally been ripped off by another garage in the area we were very cautious about car dealers but my uncle recommended crown cars to us so we went down for a browse , The sales forecourt is immaculate and all the staff were very friendly. The sales adviser was lovely, He never once pushed us for a sale, He just went through our options and with great detail told us all the information and history regarding the three cars we were interested in. We test drove all three and decided on the Ford Ka. We couldn't be happier. When the day arrived to pick it up it had a new 12 months MOT and was shining like a new pin. We both love our new car and couldn't crown highly enough

superior customer service. very relaxed, made part exchanging and buying my new car very easy. I got a car in the spec i wanted with really low millage all paperwork and two keys. fresh service m.o.t..would recommend crown cars to everyone

The best customer service you will ever have, seriously. Believe it or not, Craig is not yet another pushy salesperson, but the total opposition of it. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were completely satisfied with the purchase. Even though Crown Cars are one hour away, I will be there for yet another car, that I'm sure of!
