Great location and free electric charging I will definitely be coming back.
We parked for the first time with my neighbour this morning he has a blue badge we tapped on the payment machine a Friendly member of staff answered our call and came out immediately he sorted our ticket and we exited without paying , a superb service and plenty of disabled parking bays also a lift to get to the lower level for the shops .
Nice new car park. Close to town and a very good price at just £1 per hour.

Additionally, the inclusion of a substantial number of blue badge spaces showcased the car park's commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the car park. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern appearance that added to its appeal. The efforts to keep the area tidy did not go unnoticed and contributed to a positive overall experience.One of the standout features of Crow Car Park was the exceptional service provided by the parking officers. They were not only friendly and approachable but also highly knowledgeable and professional. Their willingness to assist and offer support made the parking process seamless and stress-free.However, I do have one minor critique: the limited working hours of the car park. It would be beneficial for Crow Car Park to extend its operating hours, especially during events such as shows at the Regent or football matches at Portman. This would provide greater flexibility for visitors and ensure they can access parking even during late hours.Overall, Crow Car Park left a lasting impression with its abundance of spaces, dedication to accessibility, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. With a slight adjustment to its operating hours, it could truly be a standout parking facility in the area.
