Good value 1,2or 3 course set menu although Bread and butter pudding stodgy and more like a school dinner....Not the standard I'd expect of this establishment...
Booked early for wifes birthday. We ate outside and the seating was arranged appropriately for covid rules. Service was good and presentation was also good. £25 for a surf n turf which was supposed to be a 10oz rib eye more like 8oz and a few king prawns was a bit steep, certainly not £25's worth
Staff not wearing masks or visors. Interesting venue service slow food pleasant but not exciting
We arrived just before end of service, so felt very lucky that they squeezed us in. I think it was a little over priced, over £20 for an 8oz sirloin steak is just obscene! The roast beef was good, but you could tell it was end of service. A bit dry. We would return, but not for the steak!!!!!
