Generally pretty good but let down by inconsistent prices and broken promises. I've been with them for 9 years now. 5 years ago I took on a rescue in a terrible state who is allergic to pretty much the world so every month she needs an injection to stop her itching and pulling her fur out. After a couple of years of paying nearly £50 every month for this injection the owner Lawrence promised to only charge me for drugs which cut the monthly bill in half. Everything was fine for a while and then suddenly the bill went back up to full price depending on which vet I saw and after questioning this everything was denied despite my account obviously showing the difference and now the bill is different every time I go. Really not impressed! Despite also going through one of the most horrific experiences of having a home euthanasia from them for my previous cat which I won't go into details I would still recommend them but it very much depends on who you see!! Ask to see either Lawrence or Bruce if you can as they are the partners.

If I could put no stars I would. One of the worst vets I have ever used and never seen the same vet twice. Prompted me to have my dog put to sleep or pay £800 for an operation. Ended up having an operation at another vets for less than half the price. Seems they only do the job for the money and not the love of animals which I find disgusting. Will never use again............ USELESS AND DISGUSTING VET PRACTICE. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
