Lovely breakfast. Would have scored 5 stars but topping up food was slow on the hot plate. Lovely sausages though.
We had the all you can eat breakfast for £9.50. It was amazing, very tasty and well worth the money. The staff were really helpful even though they were really busy. It's very clean and I look forward to visiting again. We usually take my 8 year old niece for lunch as she loves playing in the play area and it gives us a bit of peace to enjoy our meal.. Vegetarian options: My daughter had the vegetarian option and she was really pleased with her meal Kid-friendliness: I usually take my 8 year old niece as shd loves the indoor and outdoor play area. She enjoys her meal too. Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: I had the gluten free English breakfast, which was lovely. The service was amazing and the staff are always helpful and friendly
Food is well priced, and it's clean inside, tables need redoing but sticky, but that's just old varnish, the staff are amazing and so helpful, I would visit here again, and would even drive out of my way to stay if I was in the area again
Food is mediocre. Server bringing food and collecting empty plates etc was pleasant and provided a reasonable service. The order takers and bar staff were very very slow, regardless of how many customers were waiting it was not busy they moved at a snails pace and there were constant queues. The gents toilets were flooded, and the ladies only had one usable wc. But the icing on the cake was the fact that they had run out of gas so that there were no draft drinks available. For such a large chain, the experience was unacceptably poor.
Great for a Sunday roast, staff were all very helpful Kid-friendliness: Kidd menu had lots of suitable choices for £4.99 three courses
Some of our Food was cold and the very basic menu I couldn't understand how they could mess it up so badly. Our started was lovely a mixed platter for 2 but my grandchildren enjoyed the play area. Its not a place I would choose to go again. My son chose the venue with his kids in mind, his meal was cold. We ate after having a few meals warmed up. There were 6 adults and two children in out party. Not being able to deliver 6 hot meals together is in inexcusable.
Great for food. Very reasonable but tasty dishes. Enjoyed the experience very much. Staff very friendly and polite. Lovely with grandson 14 months. A very nice experience. Can't wait to visit again soon
This place is shocking. Second time we've visited. Both times my children have been ill. Dropped a toy and the state on the actual carpet is foul. Sticky tables even though I witnessed it being wiped. The service was awful , wrong meal, refill dispenser tasted odd. Food was cold and we waited 80 mins for it. The children's toilets were out of order so all the kids were running in and out of the ladies without shoes. Took my daughter in to use the loo and the floor was soaking with what who knows. Would not recommend. No idea how they have a food hygiene rating of 4.
Visited here twice due to visiting the local area. The food was lovely both for the evening meal and breakfast. There's a playarea inside closes at 19:00 and out for the kids. However service was night and day - breakfast staff absolutely lovely can't fault however you may wish to revisit customer service with the young girl with the long blonde hair. Found her to be rude, 4 people waiting to be served ignored every single one of them too busy putting glasses away. Didn't ask anyone to come and help her serve made them all wait until she was ready and then don't think she could be any more abrupt.
Staff friendly and helpful. Had to send some food back as it wasn't very warm but ok once heated up. Had a 30 minutes wait for desserts to arrive which was disappointing , otherwise would have given a higher score.
